About Us

Fighting Back with Movement

At KO Parkinson’s, we believe movement is medicine — and that every punch thrown is a step toward strength, balance, and hope. Our program empowers people living with Parkinson’s disease to fight back through specialized boxing-based fitness, connection, and community support.

Our Mission

To improve quality of life for people with Parkinson’s through fun, challenging workouts, emotional support, and a community that inspires one another to keep moving forward — together.

What We Do

KO Parkinson’s offers Rock Steady Boxing–certified classes, designed specifically for individuals diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease. Each session combines non-contact boxing drills, functional fitness, and balance training to help participants improve coordination, mobility, and confidence.

But it’s more than a workout — it’s a family.
We laugh, we cheer each other on, and we celebrate every victory, big or small. Our classes are safe, adaptive, and welcoming to all ability levels. Whether you’re newly diagnosed or years into your journey, there’s a place for you here.

Join the Fight

If you or someone you love is living with Parkinson’s, we invite you to join us for a free trial class or visit one of our support group meetings. You’ll find encouragement, laughter, and a community ready to fight back — one punch at a time.
